1995 Established Princeton Technology Ltd. as a memory module manufacturer.
Starts marketing memory modules made by Kingston Technology Corporation, U.S.
1997 Signs a contract with Polycom, U.S., to become its official importer/reseller
and starts marketing Polycom's SoundStation, a voice conferencing system.
1998 Enters market for PC-related peripheral devices.
1999 Starts marketing Polycom's ViewStation, a video teleconferencing system.
Moves its headquarters to the K.A.I. Building in Iwamoto-cho, Chiyoda-ku.
2000 Opens Osaka branch in Nihonbashi, Osaka.
2001 Starts marketing KVM switches made by ATEN, Taiwan.
Opens Fukuoka Branch.
2002 Starts marketing NAS products.
Establishes Tokyo branch office to improve performance.
2003 Signs a contract with Kingston Technology Corporation to become its official importer/dealer for its memory modules.
Starts marketing security-related products.
2004 Princeton Technology headquarters and Tokyo branch receive ISO14001 certification.
2006 Receives certification as a Polycom Platinum Reseller.
2007 Launches Princeton Direct, a directly operated online shop.
Opens a showroom for Polycom RPX™HD.
2008 Starts marketing NAS products by Proware Technology Corp.
2010 Signs a contract with AudiSoft Technologies to become its sole official importer and starts marketing Audisoft's Frontline Communicator, a mobile video communication system.
2011 Recognized as the Polycom's No. 1 partner in Japan for the 7th consecutive year (2004-2010).
Signs a contract with Vidyo to become its official importer/reseller and starts marketing Vidyo's conferencing system which enables communication and collaboration over mobile devices.
2014 Changed our name to Princeton Ltd.
Signs a contract with Drobo to become its official importer/reseller.
2016 Signs a contract with Deltapath to become its distributer.
Certified as Cisco Systems Premier Partner and starts marketing Cisco collaboration products.
